1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold through Adaptive Ambition™ are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased files. It is your responsibility to save and back up your files after download.

2. Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

  • Download and use the files for your own personal or business planning.
  • Print copies for your personal use.
  • Use the products across your own devices.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or give away the files.
  • Upload the files to public websites, membership sites, file-sharing platforms, or social media.
  • Claim the products or their contents as your own.
  • Modify and resell any portion of the products.
  • Use the products for commercial redistribution or client resale.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection

All products, materials, content, designs, templates, worksheets, prompts, graphics, layouts, branding elements, text, logos, downloadable files, and related materials offered by Adaptive Ambition™, including but not limited to The Adaptive Business Planner™, The Adaptive Ambition Workbook™, and The AI Prompt Vault™, are protected by United States copyright law and other applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Use any portion of the products for commercial resale or redistribution.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial exploitation of these materials constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Adaptive Ambition™ reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • Injunctive relief;

  • Recovery of actual damages;

  • Recovery of statutory damages as permitted under United States Copyright Law;

  • Recovery of attorneys' fees and legal costs where permitted by law;

  • Any other remedies available under federal, state, or international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of these materials may subject the infringing party to civil liability and other legal penalties.

4. Trademark Notice

"The Adaptive Business Planner™," "The Adaptive Ambition Workbook™," "The Brain Fog AI Vault™," "The Adaptive Business System™," and "Adaptive Ambition™" are proprietary brand assets of Heather Young and may not be used, reproduced, copied, or represented without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized use of these names, marks, branding elements, or associated materials may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.

5. Software Compatibility

Our products are provided in PDF format and are designed to work with many popular PDF viewing and annotation applications, including but not limited to:

  • Goodnotes
  • Notability
  • Noteshelf
  • Xodo
  • OneNote
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader

Compatibility may vary depending on your device, software version, or operating system. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure their device supports PDF files.
