Digital Product Refund Policy

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any digital products, including but not limited to:

The Adaptive Ambition Workbook™
The Brain Fog AI Vault™
The Adaptive Business System™
Any digital downloads, templates, worksheets, guides, or bonus materials

Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital files has been provided, the products cannot be returned. As a result, refunds cannot be issued.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement download links or otherwise assist in accessing your purchased files.

Technical assistance is provided solely for file access issues and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to digital products in violation of this policy may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges and the submission of evidence demonstrating delivery and access to the purchased materials.
