GETTING STARTED

Start with the patient, not the worksheet.

Adaptive Ambition Professional resources are designed to help patients manage the practical effects of fluctuating energy, cognitive capacity, and day-to-day demands between visits. You do not need to use the library in a particular order. Start with the challenge that is creating the most friction right now.

A Simple Way to Start

  1. Identify the current challenge

What is getting in the way right now—brain fog, pacing, planning, communication, a flare, daily responsibilities, or something else?

  2. Choose the smallest useful support

Select one resource that addresses that immediate challenge rather than giving the patient several worksheets at once.

  3. Right-size it for the patient

Use the resource as written, complete only the relevant sections, or adapt the discussion around the patient's current capacity.

  4. Revisit and adjust

What works during a higher-capacity week may not work during a flare or low-capacity period. Return to the library as needs change.

Keep in Mind

Use your professional judgment.

These resources are practical support tools and are intended to complement—not replace—your professional expertise, assessment, treatment, or individualized recommendations.

Less can be more.

For patients experiencing fatigue, brain fog, cognitive overload, or reduced capacity, one well-matched resource may be more useful than several resources at once.

Adapt rather than prescribe.

The library is designed to support flexible use. Providers can select and introduce resources according to the patient's needs, circumstances, and current capacity.
